Foetid Bloat-drone with Plaguespitters

For an Old Death Guard Player I must say that these things are pretty damn weird. I mean... What is it?

Well for those that don't know this is a Foetid Bloat-Drone from Warhammer 40k and it is one of the new models the Death Guard can field in 8th Warhammer 40k.

In the fluff, the Foetid Bloat-drone's cousin the Blight Drones are said to be corrupted Mechanicum Vultarax Stratos-Automata: automated flyers that assisted Space Marines at the time of the Horus Heresy. While the "technical" specifications of the Foetid Bloat-Drone are unknown I think it might be safe to say that it has a similar origin, or perhaps is a recent creation inspired by the Automata of old.

So while this model may look like something that hovers 10ft off the ground it can in fact reach incredible heights and contains the "Fly" keyword.

I actually had a lot of fun painting this thing, and it preformed really well in my last match, so really looking forward to painting the next one in my army.

I am of the opinion that these are on one of the better things the Death Guard can field. So look forward to seeing more of these buzzing around our tabletop.
