These 25mm plastic minaitures are from Caesar Miniatures, and are a great way for a DM to build up a force on a budget.

And a Ninja with a katana and a knife.

Now these are a little smaller than your stand gaming minis, but are perfect stand ins while still keeping the feel of your world. Well worth the $15!
